At LearningChange, Ms. Moreno is responsible for the production and development of instructional projects and serves as the main client support representative for many accounts.
Ms Moreno has the proven ability to assess the current state and needs of a learner, define the end objectives of instruction, and create an effective training initiative using the most efficient and innovative medium to guide the process. The core objective of Ms Moreno’s design and development is to improve the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of the learner and ultimately have a newfound confidence to apply their knowledge, and make an impact in the workplace.
Ms. Moreno is an active member in the community that she now calls home. Ms. Moreno is currently a “Big” with the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. She also volunteers with the CSU, Chico’s English Workshop where she mentors high schools students in the college application process.
Ms. Moreno is currently working toward a Masters of Science degree in Instructional Design from CSU, Chico. This opportunity will serve to support Ms. Moreno’s work in adolescent migrant health in addition to increasing her breadth of knowledge and expertise in the area of adolescent health.
As the first in her family to attend a university, Ms. Moreno is very proud of the fact she has already gained a degree of higher education and now has the opportunity to receive an even more prestigious accreditation from the same community her grandfather walked the almond fields as a migrant worker many years ago.
