The President and founder Donald Flaner has been passionate for years to help those that have been forced into a wheelchair from spinal cord injuries. Beyond doing what he can for raising safety awareness and money to go to the research for a cure with his non-profit Full Circle Foundation, he wanted to help people in wheelchairs with their everyday lives. This is where the initial idea for the Universal Wedgie got started.
