Co-founder and Principal of LearningChange, Scott brings to the table over twenty years of experience in leadership and organizational development. Before founding LearningChange, Scott worked extensively in experiential education, youth leadership development, juvenile justice, and social welfare arenas. Building upon his educational foundation in Organizational Communication and Psychology, Scott has developed numerous training programs for corporations, governments, non-profits and schools. As an expert facilitator, Scott has led, trained, and directed leadership programs for organizations throughout Russia, Taiwan, Portugal, Japan, Australia, and the U.S.

Managers, coaches, and team leaders have the opportunity to learn from Scott through The Facilitation Academy, a division of LearningChange that provides face-to-face and online leadership and effective facilitation skills training. Scott is the lead facilitator and trainer.

Scott is also a Senior Consultant and Master Facilitator with Franklin Covey's Global Speed of Trust practice, leading on-site workshops as well as facilitator training sessions on trust for organizations both large and small.
