How it Works

The Best Year Yet for Teams program consists of three main components:

  1. An initial assessment;
  2. The Best Year Yet Team Workshop;
  3. And a yearlong follow-up program of business coaching and support.

The Three Components Explained

1. During the assessment we will:

  • Interview you and your team members.
  • Learn about your business and the challenges you face.
  • Set the stage for your success in the workshop and follow-up program.

2. At the workshop you and your team will:

  • Learn how to implement the Best Year Yet planning system— a highly focused ten-question process that leads to a one-page, one-year strategic plan. Once learned, this turn-key system can be easily replicated year-after year.
  • Receive the Best Year Yet book, workbooks, a CD/tape set, and a one-year subscription to PRO – the Producing Results Online™ performance tracking system designed exclusively for the Best Year Yet program.
  • Find new focus, motivation, teamwork, and mutual accountability.
  • Create individual Best Year Yet plans that support your team’s overall plan (highly recommended but optional).

3. After the workshop you and your team will receive a year of support, the goal of which is to ensure your success in the overall program. This support includes:

  • Coaching support to help you and your team implement its plan.
  • Facilitation of your follow-up monthly team meetings.
  • The use of Best Year Yet’s quarterly evaluation system.
  • Technical assistance and guidance with the online performance tracking system and other Best Year Yet products.
  • Get client-only web site access to additional business resources.
