Co-founder and Principal of LearningChange, Scott Winter brings to the table over twenty years of experience in leadership and organizational development. Building upon his educational foundation from CSU, Chico in Organizational Communication and Psychology.

Scott has gone on to develop training programs for various organizations and schools. With his expertise in the following categories: communication skills, coalition building, conflict resolution, leadership and economic development, Scott has proven effective in helping businesses and professionals.

Not only is Scott one of the most sought after facilitators in California, his passions and talents have taken him across the globe.

He has lead, trained, and directed conferences in Moscow, Taiwan, Japan and Australia. In 1993, Scott coordinated the UNEP (United Nations Environmental Program) Youth Leadership Conference in New York City. More recently, his services were demanded in Australia to launch a business-mentoring program for the Queensland Tourism Industry Council.

After spending years helping businesses and organizations team-build with short-term seminars and meetings, Scott decided to focus his efforts in establishing longer-term, sustainable change within companies and communities. His partnership with Eric Ryan in Best Year Yet has allowed him to forge a year-long commitment with businesses, helping them realize their desired change.

His mission is to contribute to the learning process of everyone he meets (himself included), so he can co-create a healthy world in which to raise his two children, Sterling and Sophia.
